DOS Demonstration Programs

You probably want to read this: The following PC Teleprompter demonstration software packages are available for you to download via your net browser (anonymous ftp). Each is a compressed and self-extracting file, which means that you DO NOT have to own any unzipping software. Simply run the program and it will unpack itself, then run the unpacked DEMO program.

These programs are designed to run on any IBM DOS or Windows PC, XT, AT, Pentium or Compatible Desktop or Laptop Computer.

This is the legal stuff: The demonstration software packages are NOT freeware and NOT shareware. However, you may distribute these demonstration packages freely, but only in their compressed, self-extracting form, and without modification or bundling with other products or services. No fee may be charged for their distribution except for time and materials relating to physical duplication.

PROmpter Teleprompter Demo PRODEMO.ZIP

This is Version 10.1 of the PROmpter Teleprompter Software Demo package for IBM PC and compatible DOS or Windows Desktop & Laptop computers, featuring Ultra Smooth Forward and Reverse Scroll, optimized for VGA computers. Full mouse speed and direction control. Save the PRODEMO.zip file to a folder on your hard drive. Unzip the PRODEMO.zip file into its program components. Then run the resulting DEMO.EXE program. (Filesize is approximately 98K - Typically over a minute to download)

Video Production Desktop UtilitiesVDESKTOP.EXE

This is a group of video production utilities which you may find helpful. This is the program that we provide as a free gift to those who mention to our salespeople that they saw us on the net. You can download it for free right now! (41K - Typically less than 30 seconds to download). The program runs from DOS or the MS-Dos shell from Windows and provides an hour/minutes/seconds Calculator, Clapboard with Countdown Timer, a day/date Calendar Scheduler, and Raw Footage Log. Hope you find it useful. Remember to run VDESK.EXE after you download it to your PC to unpack itself, then execute the resulting VDESKTOP.EXE program.
